Spanakopita – rolled in phyllo, sesame seeds and made special with a sun-dried tomato mixture, caramelized onion and roasted garlic in the centre

Roasted Vegetable Sandwich – eggplant, yam, zucchini, garlic with caramelized onion and our own Pesto mixed with Goat Cheese on Foccaccia

Veggie Pate Sandwich – our own pate, Havarti cheese and fresh Spinach and honey-Dijon Mustard on Foccaccia

Chipolte-Lime Tofu Sandwich – organic tofu marinated in lime juice with cumin, chipotle-in-adobo cream cheese, organic mixed greens, fresh tomato and avocado on our foccaccia – over the top spicy, glorious flavour

Mediterranean Sandwich – on multigrain bread: olive tapenade, humous, sun-dried, cucumber and mixed greens

Croissantwich with organic old cheddar and fresh tomato

Tuna Sandwich on a Stone Ground Wheat bread

Lasagna – made with zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, walnuts, spinach, ricotta cheese and gluten-free organic brown rice noodles!

Bagel with wild smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onion and capers

Veggie Pate (mainlyfor takeout)

Veggie Pate Sandwich – our pate with Havarti cheese, fresh organic mixed greens and honey Dijon mustard

Egg Salad Sandwich made like Bubby would – with chopped green onion and celery.

Quiche – Vegetable or with wild Smoked Salmon

Tortano – original mild curried mixture of potato, chick peas, onion, herbs ans spices in a white & rye flour pastry (our own peach chutney is extra)

Jamaican Tortano – potato, yam, onion, chick peas, spinach, onion, coconut milk, jalepeno, herbs and spices in the same pastry as the “original” Tortano

Pizza (vegetarian – always different)

French Toast made with our Organic Flour Challah (aged 24 hours before being soaked in our own special batter for 12 hours) served with Organic Maple Syrup, Organic Yogourt, Wild Blueberries and Fresh Fruit – Saturday through Monday only for a very special breakfast/brunch at the 1022 Cook Street location only (at this time)
