Chartreuse
Chartreuse is a little known liqueur produced by monks. It contains over 150 herbs and spices. Brilliant green, the aroma and flavour is indescribable on its own. Sweet, deliciously “green” but not quite medicinal, it lends itself to the ultimate enhancement of chocolate.
So, today, we put together a Chocolate Cake layered with Raspberry Filling and Chocolate Ganache flavoured with Charteuse. uh huh.
