A Sunny Day!
So rare has it been to see the sun in Victoria over the last three months, that it was almost a shock.
People piled through the doors of both bakeries all day long. Everyone had fun and the “bake-off” was awesome.
We featured French Toast (made with challah and a touch of orange). Served with organic yogourt, wild blueberries, banana and real maple syrup, it was truly appreciated by all. We love hearing “the best I ever had”... it’s music to our ears and makes our day. Every day.
